No experience here, but I've read rear access to the bed is easier.
That didn't sound right! :E
LOL!
The only two vehicles I have owned, for comparison purposes, were a 2003 Chevy LT 3500 dually and a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 dually.
And now my 2011 Ford F 350 dually.
Of these three, I do think the Ford has the easiest access to the bed. It does seem to sit lower than the other two vehicles I have owned, and yet still has much more ground clearance than did the 2003 Chevy.
The 2003 Chevy, as were/are all of these vehicles, was a 4 X 4 version, but wow was it low to the ground. I could NOT get underneath it for oil changes or whatever by rolling on a creeper. Had to just crawl under on my back.
So the Ford and Dodge were higher ground clearance. Yet, despite this, the Ford bed seems a tad lower than was the Dodge, and as I said, much easier to gain access to.
