2015 GMC Sierra Denali-catastrophic fuel pump failure

FWIW, my '16 Freightliner Cascadia for work with a DDT 13 engine recently had 2 injectors go south thus causing the engine to shut down. Dealer quoted $10,000.00 to replace all 6 injectors (made by BOSCH who also recommends replacing all 6) @ $750.00 each! If this isn't bad enough, extra diesel was pushed thru the system, so DEF filters need replacement as well @ $3,000.00. So yes, the GM dealer probly isn't too far out of line.
