RVers,Based on our required TT weight limit of 5000lbs or less, we have been looking at the Tracer Air 250. This TT is short in height for my husband (6'3"), but we can make it work. We love the corner oversized bunk beds for our 2 6 year olds and the second entrance to the bathroom, but we would prefer having the kitchen on the opposite side of the beds/sofa if possible. Any reviews on the Tracer Air or other similar sized TT?

Yeah, maybe empty!!

Any sugestions on lighter models that accomplish having double bunks?

Thanks. Correct, my tow rating on this 2008 yukon denali xl is 8000lbs. From my calculations, a 6000lb TT would be pushing 7500lbs or so and that just isn't at the level of comfort we are looking for. We would rather be safe on the towing side of things. A 5000lb dry weight TT seems like it would fit nicely and we shouldn't have to stress much about the weight as long as we are reasonable in our packing. We don't plan on packing much more than we did when we tent camped...minus the 8 man sized tent of course. I'm still interested in hearing from others on which 5000lb TT they would recommend and why. Very useful information here.
