While there are some gripes about DEF costing more... I've filled my DEF tank twice in the last 10500 miles... That includes two 1k mile towing trips... DEF should not be of concern... And you will see improved fuel economy... Now that being said.... I have no idea what fuel economy to expect with a 5500...
