didn't find the problem but I did find the cure. I ran a new wire from the 12v 30a fuse by the battery to the 12v side of the panel, and Voila lights and control power. My guess is that the 6ga wire that runs from the battery either got cut or more likely had a screw run through it. because we all no how careful the manufacturers are. Its either that or there is another fuse or cut off switch that I cant find. Either way I now know exactly how the wire runs and what's in line. Thanks for all the ideas guys, now to fix the inverter that blew up.
