2015 springdale 303 electrical issue

My springdale has no power to the converter. I tested the batteries they have 13.2v. The 12v works fine but I have no control power to anything inside (I.e. The fridge, heater, ac and hot water). I tested and replaced the 12v 30 a fuse at the battery but is there another one between the battery and the panel inside. My dealer is an hour and a half away and the trailer is fully setup, slides out and stab jacks down. Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you on 50 amp? It sounds like one side of your 50 amp isn't working, check it at the pedestal.

I am plugged in to shore power. The only things that work are the micro, the tv and the 12v outlets. Everything else is dead.

The convertor doesn't get power from the battery. It takes 110 volt power from when you are plugged in and converts it down to 12 volts. If you are plugged in, check the circuit breaker where you are plugged in. If that is good then check the circuit breaker in your 100 electrical panel in your trailer. Very few things in your trailer run on 110, but the refrigerator, water heater, microwave and any electrical plugs do.
