2016 arctic fox 811sb: wires from circuit breaker to tv, how

I’m trying to find a path from circuit breaker under sink up to the cabinets where the tv is. This seems impossible. The wires going through there are completely filling the holes. They take a torturo...

For solar wires there is one long bundle behind control panel. One side marked battery the other side marked solar. I think it’s all one wire and I just need to cut right?
