What you have there is almost a unicorn - the 6.2 w/ max tow. Great combination IMO.
I looked and looked for one (with front bench seat) and could not find one. I guess it ended up a mute point as I need more payload than a max tow can offer.
Lol You're right. I had to order mine and I ordered the bench. It's probably one of the lesser loaded LTZs you'll see.- Rumor has it GM is bringing out an iron block 6.2 similar to the 5.3 and 6.0. It will be a heavy duty engine . Although the current 6.2 will hold up to the abuse in my honest opinion. Still impressed with the 5.3 and 8 speed trans. seems to be a great combo and one very stout engine.
- It also proves my thinking that two trucks set up identical except one having more power can get the same MPG if towed with the same.
