If you have a vehicle's weight ranging from, say, 5000# empty to 7500# loaded, a fixed suspension, especially one tuned to the lower weight, will be really inadequate when loaded.
Already F150s have a pretty mushy ride when loaded, or at least mine does. I suspect their suspension is tuned more to the truck's empty weight.
The Superduty suspensions are probably tuned more to loaded weights already, so there are less issues when loaded, and a rougher ride when not. Seems to me that they too could use an adjustable four point suspension if the range of weights becomes, say, 6000-10,000#.
