2016 GMC Canyon Duramax MPG Test
This little grocery getter gets a 31 mpg on a 100 mile test. Not too shabby. Don't know the towing/GCWR spec on these so I really don't know if it's a viable puller. Link

That's nuthin! I used to get 44 with my 81 VW Diesel PU. That's with a bed full of tools.
