2016 GMC Canyon Duramax MPG Test
This little grocery getter gets a 31 mpg on a 100 mile test. Not too shabby. Don't know the towing/GCWR spec on these so I really don't know if it's a viable puller. Link

I put 300K on it and I am thankful I did not die in it! With the seat back my knees were still in the dash. I added stiffer spring to the back since I hauled a large KNACK tool box full of tools with it.
