If you purchase an RV out of state and later have warranty needs, your in state dealer is not obligated to do warranty work.
It doesn't matter where the purchase originates from, any dealer can refuse the work. Dealer's aren't obligated to perform warranty work on any trailer, even on trailers that they've sold themselves. Agreements authorize warranty work to be performed, but they don't go as far as requiring the dealer to perform it. In the real world there aren't many dealers that will outright refuse warranty work considering that they get paid good money for the work.
