That has to be a good feeling. Did they tell you what was the definitive cause? I've been following this thread being I have a NL also. I can't walk past my TC anymore without looking down all the walls, going so far as lifting up my cover (paranoid I guess). Keith's the reason we bought our unit, we must have asked him 1000 questions over 4yrs before buying IMHO the best camper out there. He just give's you the feeling that they'll be there for you if ever needed. Glad it all worked out for you. Enjoy your travels.
