How am I doing? I think I could be happy with it but I think he may have 500 or so more he could go. Would 57k flat be a good place to land? Or maybe stick with this price and ask for a Mopar tonneau cover?

This is with upgrade to Aisin, and upgrade to 3.73 gearing...Most usually try to get 10K right off the sticker..I think you've got a good deal for not having to run all over the country to try finding a better deal, and spend more money for the effort. Ask for another $500 off and tell them you'll buy it..if they don't, it's your call...If you don't get it, Let me know:)
