Me again is right in that with 4klbs you'll be right at the published tire and rim ratings, likely over a bit. Depends where CoG of the camper is, but presuming you're looking at long beds if you're looking at air suspension.
Long bed may put just enough weight forward to stay under those limits.
Either way, long or short bed, the truck is easily up to the task. I'm over 4klbs on a 10 year old short bed version of what you're looking at and its been cross country and to Alaska and back. Last 5000mi trip was actually on new ram OE 20" tires and wheels. No problem.
