2016 RAM Super Ike Gauntlet

I have 2 air horns in the fender well, which are activated by the pull cord above the driver door. There no other horns that I have found on the truck and there is no switch in the center of the steering wheel, or anywhere on the dash. I am the second owner of the truck. The first owner was the Federal government. The truck was all stock when I got it. The truck was originally sold and upfitted in Nevada and used in California and Nevada.
