Oops, my apologies then. My friend must have bought a 2016 model. Sorry for the mis-information. He is still tickled pink with the new truck, a huge improvement over his 2004 F250 with the 6.0 diesel. The 2017 is probably going to be even nicer with the new frame... but he is a taking a huge step forward with this one.
The 2016 Superduty's still have steel bodies, correct? - buc1980ExplorerThe production start July 11 2017 in Kentucky.
- spoon059Explorer IIOops, I thought it was a 2017... maybe its only a 2016. I haven't seen it in person yet. He has it sitting at home already, are the 2017's not yet released?

Are you SURE he bought a 2017? I am thinking he either ordered a 2017 or bought a 2016.
FISH, what say you?
Spoon059 made a typo. It happens.... Trust me!- Cummins12V98Explorer IIIAre you SURE he bought a 2017? I am thinking he either ordered a 2017 or bought a 2016.
FISH, what say you? - spoon059Explorer IIMy good friend just bought one last weekend. He was having problems with his 6.0 (again) and was debating the merits of deleting it. I guess he found a good deal and bought a 2017 F350 with the 6.7. He hasn't driven it too much, but so far he LOVES it compared to his 6.0. I imagine that it will be a great truck. My cousin has a 2011 and loves his. The 2017 has an improved frame and power/design in the diesel.
Can't wait to see it at the campground soon! - kennethwoosterExplorerAlready great trucks. This will just be much imroved.
- I believe they're going to be great trucks just like the current Super Duty. Last week l had to switch to my spare key/remote since I wore the buttons out. 95k miles and no issues to date.
