That is why there are other brands and different trim levels. I personally find most Chrysler seating uncomfortable especially on long drives. Oddly enough, I find the lower level Chrysler seats much better for my behind.
I think the seats are comfortable I just think they are too high in the truck. With them all the way down they are higher than my 2005's all the way up. I like sitting low. Every time I get in I still try to lower the seat knowing dang well it's already all the way down. Heck, when I'm driving a semi, I leave all the air out of the seat. LOL! I still say the most comfortable seat I ever had in a truck is the 1993 F350 extended cab I had with the captains chairs with the 5 speed hand shaker and 7.3 Turbo (Pre-Powerstroke). I slept a many a mile behind the wheel of that truck. HAHAHA!!!
For me it seems like the seat bottom is just not the right length/depth for me. On the Jeep GC the seam between the side bolsters and the seat bottom pinch my legs. This is on the higher trim levels. I find the lower trim levels very comfortable. Some of these issues don't really present until after 4+ hours behind the wheel. And not everyone puts that much time in one sitting in their vehicles.
