The framework appeared to mounted into the truck VERY solidly. There was NO movenment whatsover of the framework in the bed of the truck. Campers are not mounted anywhere near as solidly to the truck.
That, together with the almost total lack of air resistance of the framework, make me question the validity of this test to simulate an actual camper on the truck. As well, Dewey02 brings up a very valid point about water sloshing in the tanks and loose items shifting inside the camper.
The net effect will be far less stability with a real camper, loaded for camping, on the same truck doing the same test.
I like Fords, but I think that any recent model year dually from any of the 3 manufacturers would fair about the same in the test as the Ford.
