If I was to take a guess, I would say that they are preparing for stepping up the power again. Lots of improvements, good power, see what happens as this new stuff proves itself. Next year, perhaps a big jump in power.
They are running 29,000psi on fuel rail, thinking perhaps the same pump that has had some problems with the fuel available... but they have B20 allowed so maybe they solved that problem..
