Never said he doesn't have the right to be here so I am not sure where you are getting that from. Just saying that if he is going to talk to people like that, then expect the same in return. Using all caps, even when emphasizing words, is generally used to talk down to someone because you think that they are not smart enough to know what part of you argument is important which is why it is generally taken as being rude and disrespectful. Again, he can do whatever he wants, I am just saying to not expect for everyone to take it so kindly.
