2018 RAM 2500 aux switches

For you RAM experts:
Our 2012 F350 caught fire and was totaled, when we finally got the insurance payout we bought a 2018 RAM 2500 6.7L Tradesman but it has a number of upgrades one of which is the aux switches. But after getting the right wires I cannot get it to work.
It has power at the switch panel inside--the power lights come on.
The switches are responsive to the computer control--I can assign a switch to battery power and the light comes on
The wire connector 'clicks' when it is pushed into the under hood connector
But I get no 12V on that wire? VS ground on the battery

Am I doing anything wrong? I checked a few fuses and they were OK I guess I need to check them all and check power at the fuse blocks
Hard to believe all the relays are bad.

Any suggestions would be greatly welcome

Which RAM forum should I try?

Perty sure he said that in his first post, but thank you for your contribution.

  • The previous owner doesn't seem to have used them. I had to buy the outrageously priced wiring kit. They have a separate fuse/relay box under the hood and all the slots are filled. I'll get my meter out and start checking I guess.

Sounds like there’s a main fuse missing or something like that. Was there anything wired to the aux ports already?
Haven’t ever used them and my truck doesn’t have them.
