Granted, on cars and trucks below 10k GVWR, TPMS can be a nuisance because of the way they're programmed. However, on our 1-ton Ram, it's a very welcome feature. No blinking lights, chimes, or warnings---just simply displays the air pressure in each tire. For those of us who air down our tires empty, it's good to have as a reminder to air back up for towing/hauling. No need to get out of the truck to check. Have also found the TPMS to be very accurate.
