I still have TPMS I bought over 10 years ago for motorhome.
The sensor who screw on the valves weight 1 oz and did not affect tire balancing even on smaller car tires. (wonder if the batteries still work after 6 years of storage).
But my new dually have very weird tire valves angle. None of the chucks I can buy works well with them, so there might be some issue with adding sensors as well.
Than removing sensors for inflating is going to be big pain.
On my motorhome duallies I had tire equalizers and add single sensor on it for best of them all.
