^ Idk, maybe when I get older the step would be welcome. Admit I use the built in bumper steps on my Chevy occasionally because they're there, but a normal tailgate has been a work bench/saw horse since the invention of pickup trucks. Not sure what the "fast food tray" feature would be good for in the real world except maybe as a bar when tailgating!
And how is carbon fiber economical for a truck bed? Has it come down enough in price/mfg? Guess I'm still used to it being an exotic material for real lightweight applications.
