2019+ RAM HD with failed CP4-2 IP to get CP3's

RAM mechanic just posted on another forum that RAM just release a new plan to replace all failed CP4-2 IP with the more reliable CP3 IP. Hopefully they with recall all the others for a replacement...

I don't think the EPA or about 10 other government agencies are going to go for that.

You can't even change one line of software unless you get approval from a bunch of agencies.
