2019+ RAM HD with failed CP4-2 IP to get CP3's

RAM mechanic just posted on another forum that RAM just release a new plan to replace all failed CP4-2 IP with the more reliable CP3 IP. Hopefully they with recall all the others for a replacement...

Sounds like Fake News to me. That being said there have been people who have put on a CP3 and have had no driveability issues, or codes set for that matter.
