2019+ RAM HD with failed CP4-2 IP to get CP3's

RAM mechanic just posted on another forum that RAM just release a new plan to replace all failed CP4-2 IP with the more reliable CP3 IP. Hopefully they with recall all the others for a replacement...

There are aftermarket conversion kits to go from CP4 to CP3. Everything I read was that the CP3 could not provide enough fuel rail pressure for the current engine outputs without creating more emissions. Perhaps atomization is insufficient but volume can keep up?
