I totally understand that Chrysler roadside assistance doesn't cover towing my travel trailer. It would have been a nice touch for them to do so on a 4 month old vehicle, but not expected. They offered to set up the tow for a non refundable $220.00. I paid them over the phone by credit card. at that point, yes, Chrysler does have something to do with towing my trailer. The problem is, no one ever showed up to pick it up. They told me it was non refundable, but they did credit my account when I called to tell them no one showed up. I guess it was the least they could do.
