1-2 years for all TTs. Not really a big deal, especially if you are handy. Mine has never been back to dealer after 4 summers. If you are concerned that much, every dealer offers extended warranties.
There are at least 20 different brands with a variation of that floorplan with sales prices in the $16k-$21k. I highly recommend comparing some more. With the fix costs of RVing and depreciation, a couple thousand dollars now might save you in the long run. Get the one you like. Some people want basics, some people want brand, some people want fancy stuff, some people want conveniences, some want large TVs.
At 6500-ish pounds dry, that might be pushing comfortable half ton comfort. What's your tow vehicle?
