22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

I've got a dry place to work, so that's not a problem. Cost is what I need to figure out which is why I'm doing the detailed planning.
