Overall Layout:
The sink at the back to me is just taking up valuable space, honestly I would like to shorten the settee/bunk next to the entry door and move the head and shower to that side, remove the sink from the back and in that place install s bed.

I have already started tearing out the paneling and dinette up front in the process of stripping this thing. The roof leaks and there is some water damage so my idea is a total strip of the interior. Fix the leaks and repair the damage.

Much of the furniture, walls etc near the floor are shot from the water damage (presswood is what I call it just crumbles) I plan to rebuild all of this and not quite sure the best way to go. Thinking of re-installing presswood and putting a laminate over it.

There we have it, quite a mess and ambitious plan.

This thing has no holding tank that I can find at this point. The toilet is raised on a platform above normal floor level but that would be a small tank. Additionally there is no fresh water tank.

So I would like to add a fresh water tank and a holding tank but not sure if this is possible for the holding tank with this type of toilet, on boats the toilets send effluent to the tank via pressure, either hand pump or vacuflush system, so I'm not sure how they work on RV.

Electrical:
I need to install a power source, in other words, currently it does not have batteries and has a converter(???). AC power comes into a box that then sends power to AC circut and to the DC items however this stopped working the other day and all i have is AC side of the unit working. There are no batteries.

Since this converter box has stopped working on the DC side, I need to come up with a sensible way to have AC power and then maybe add batteries and a battery charger for the DC side.

Front of camper, dinette/bunk, it appears it used to have an upper bunk above the dinette.

Standing in front looking aft along the entry side, this is a slide out settee that converts to a bed with cabinets above.



This is a view of the aft end, on the left is a stand up shower, sink and storage in middle, toilet on back right, closet adjacent that, then the fridge, heater and microwave.



That should give you guys a decent idea of the layout. The reason why i picked this one up is its size. I found that trying to find one small enough to pull with my Jeep JK was an expensive proposition, (used and small equals pretty good chunk of money).

So far everything works, heater, stove, fridge, micro, hot water. I would like to install new items but I figure I would have ridiculous amounts of money in this thing, so my plan is to strip it, rebuild the interior and install the same equipment back in it.

So there is my project!
