22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

Make sure you give the roof more pitch than was used in 1987. I also strongly agree with already mentioned suggestion that you beef up the corners. Do all you can to create a strong structure and insulate to the highest R value possible. Just a few suggestions. Good luck and God's speed.
