22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

I agree, unless you think of the rebuild as a "hobby". If you rebuild use all(?) pressure treated wood to eliminate future rot and other water damage which is the major damage to a TT.

One concern your rebuild may increase the weight -- more than the axles can carry safely. Factory TT are manufactured as light as possible and many time at the limit of the axles.
