22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

One of the benefits to rebuilding is that I can take the time to address typical areas of concern when it comes to water infiltration. I'm not under pressure to slap it together as fast as possible.

With planning and drawing everything out in CAD first, I can plan the framing for the locations of doors, windows, receptacles, etc... so that when the time comes I can just use a router and cut out the openings.
