22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

Sounds like you already have a good idea of what you are in for. Sounds like you will actually enjoy the work. As suggested, I would gut it, then assess the damage and go from there. One item you might consider is a tankless water heater. This will save you some space and give you an endless supply of hot water.
