22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

Here's some pictures of my TT as she is right now. There is some very noticeable softness in the floor right in front of the kitchen cabinets. I've also noticed some rot in the back corner by the storage access door.

The previous owner made some modifications to the rear bunk area.
