22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

I think you need to really consider the weight the frame and axles were built for and what the weight of the completed project will be. The axles can be upgraded; the frame, not so much. A completed trailer that in short order sustains a bent frame is useless. An older trailer may have a very stout frame, but none of us sitting here know what you have. So you need to seriously consider the limitations of your platform first.
