In your second drawing, ditch the "vanity" sink, it is not needed since it is outside the bathroom and in the "kitchen" area it is pretty much added unnecessary hardware.
Move the kitchen sink to where the proposed vanity is.
Kitchen sink now does double duty as the bath vanity and the kitchen sink.. This will also simplify your plumbing by having it all on one side of the trailer.
With no vanity you now have more counter space or cabinet/storage space to work with.
I'm guessing you've never had to deal with teen daughters?!?:p
Just from a practical side that wouldn't function very well for us. Where do you place the dishes prior to washing? Where do you place the dishes after washing? Moving them back and forth from one side to the other would be a pain and you would constantly be either dropping food or dripping water on the floor as you move the dishes back and forth. Also you'd constantly have to put your toiletries away when you want to do the dishes (definitely NOT a practical thing for teen girls!).
From a construction/simplicity perspective your suggestion has merit, but from a functional standpoint it's not very practical for us. I do really appreciate the suggestion though because it makes me consider my choices.
Umm.. I guess that you have never traveled in a TC with 3 brothers, two sisters, parents and yourself?
Yep, I have done that, and we ALL lived to tell the tale..
Growing up in the early 70s Dad took three weeks of vacation and we all were packed into a pickup truck with a 10ft slide in.. five of us kids got to ride in the TC (boy those were the days, it was fun laying on the bed over the cab looking out the front window). Traveled from PA to Florida multiple times and even to the "Keys" once, and PA to SC every year..
TC had one kitchen sink with a galley hand pump, and the toilet had no running water to it and was located in a small clothes "closet" at the rear..
When I look at that drawing the vanity sink is only a FEW FEET away from the kitchen sink (after all your trailer is 22ft). In reality you can easily do away with the vanity sink and put a real nice mirror on the bathroom door.
If you must have a "vanity" sink, you could use a small "bar" sink in the place you have marked vanity and eliminate the kitchen sink.. A bar sink typically is large enough to handle most small to medium sized pans or most dishes.
Eliminating the "kitchen sink" frees up counter space on the other side of the kitchen which you most likely will be glad you now have (we never can find enough counter top space for some reason)..
In reality, we put a nice mobile home double bowl stainless steel sink in the Kitchen, we really don't use it.. The only time it gets used is to draw hot water in to a plastic pan for doing the dishes outside.. In hindsight, I should have used a Bar sink for the kitchen sink and that would have given me about two feet more counter space..
