22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

You might consider installing a catalytic gas heater. i borrowed my sister in laws truck camper last year and was surprised at how efficient it was and it wont run your battery down. She actually had both, but i never had to use the forced air one. Of course it did not have to get heat back into other rooms
