22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

Funny you should say that...I was looking at the pic last night after I posted it and was thinking the same thing! I was thinking I could push the bottom set of drawers out a little to make a stair step.
