22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

Great minds....lol.

I have two bunks, stacked. I extended the bottom bunk to include a shelf at the head side. There is a small one drawer cabinet on part of the shelf. A counter top is adjacent to the cabinet.
I wasn't sure it was going to be OK with kids getting up there but #2 Grandson took one look at the situation and shot up there like a squirrel after an acorn.
