22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

My SIL builds his own concession trailers with aluminum skin. Done right they can be made leak proof and, with some well thought out vinyl graphics, can have a good appearance.

I would suggest that you contact some trailer builders in Lancaster County for materials and ideas. I'm pretty sure that is where SIL gets materials. PM me if you are interested and I'll try to get some names and numbers.
