22' travel trailer rebuild from the frame up - NEED HELP!

I have an 87 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx that is finally showing it's age. I have some rot in a number of places and it's very outdated. I am seriously considering tearing it down and completely rebuilding...

It must be forty years ago, we were building an addition to a RV dealership. Beside us they were building a prototype Class C.

-It didn't take those two guys long.

-The inside plywood is the main structural component. Scary ,eh

-You certainly can do a better job than the factory, using better, more labour intensive techniques.

-Is the frame worth it?
