Coming from an aviation background I find this whole subject absolutely bizarre. Why even have ratings or specifications for equipment at all if giving a few bucks to a clerk for a higher category license makes them irrelevant?
Getting back to the combo I mentioned, according to the guys who built his truck, (what do they know anyway) he is overweight before he even puts a hitch in it or a bag of groceries in the 5th wheel.
