What kind of miles are on the truck? What kind of travel do you plan on doing?
Personally for me not a combination I would like, maybe on a new truck someone else had to pay to fix, again would depend on my travel. I like to play poker so gambling is in my blood! I am not concerned about getting charged although with knowledge comes power and you run into the wrong person they can make you pay. Probability is hore then it was 10...even 5 years ago but right now no authority is policing it to my general knowledge.
