You will have a lot of money tied up in this thing and you won't have a clue how it handles until it's all put together and you hit the road for your first trip. Do you really want to take a chance that you are going to HATE this $100,000+ rig, leaving your only option to take a huge financial hit by spending more money on upgrades that may or may not help, selling at a huge loss, or parking it?
19.5 tires have a harsh ride. Even with all the suspension mods, a 2500 truck is still going to "rock-n-roll" underneath a 4000lb camper. For some people that's "Just Fine(tm)", but it's intolerable to others. Do you know which you are?
Really, is there something in this 4000lb camper that you can't live without? What is in this 4000lb camper that you can't get out of, say, a 2500lb camper?
Well stated, after all this money is spent you will still be overloaded and if you have an accident and someone gets injured a good lawyer is going to have a field day with you in court. Think about it.
