That's what I currently have on my Chevy HD gasser and Discount Tire had zero issues putting them on. In fact, I just had this new set of 265s put on just before the camping season started. Samsclub didn't have any issues installing the prior set of 265s.
Been towing with them for several years and didn't notice any lag in performance towing our 32', nearly 10K# TT. The added carrying capacity is great, but I did it mostly for the curb appeal. Sure gives the truck a tough and rugged look.
