If you want to tow heavy trailers, get a heavy truck.
My Dad tells me all the time that my one ton Ford is "overkill." I tow stuff all the time. I used the Ford as a daily driver for years. There is always room for things like camping equipment, building materials and 3 dogs. I don't see how anyone can have a normal life with a little truck with a 5 foot bed.
Really?!
Since “normal” is usually an average or median, you might be interested to know that Experian Automotive found that roughly 70% of US families don’t own a pickup truck.
Gee, I can’t imagine how I ever got away with camping, remodeling 3 houses, and toting my dog with my “little” truck.
Sheesh.
