33gal freshwater, about how long will it last?

As we prep for our first trip (just a weekend, we're beginners), can anyone give an estimate for how long 33gal will last? wife and I, and 2 dogs. 2days? 3days? obviously depends on how much we use, ...

Maybe a stupid question, but why are black water and gray water tanks separate? Why not just 1 larger tank for both? I'm sure there's an obvious/important reason, but our homes/sewers handle both, so why not just a "waste water" tank?
